CutReady Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 4, 2026.
CutReady is operated by 2J LAMBRE, represented by Jocelyn LAMBRE in France. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to contactsnormal@gmail.com.
CutReady processes production files submitted by merchants or storefront visitors to provide technical file-preflight results. Raw SVG, DXF, and PDF content is processed transiently and deleted after the analysis request completes.
CutReady retains the shop identifier, a generated file reference, SHA-256 file hash, format, verdict, issue count, and technical report for up to 30 days. It does not retain the original filename and is not designed to retain customer names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment data, order history, or raw uploaded files.
Stored information is used to provide the service, diagnose reliability, prevent abuse, and support the merchant. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Shopify privacy webhooks are supported. Shop redaction removes stored shop sessions, configuration, and analysis records. Because CutReady does not intentionally persist customer identity, customer data requests and redactions normally have no matching identity record.
The application service and PostgreSQL database are hosted by Railway in US West (California, USA). Railway states that its primary processing occurs in the United States and publishes a Data Processing Addendum that incorporates EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers. Railway's current subprocessors are listed in its Trust Center.
The merchant determines the lawful basis for personal data that it or its storefront visitors include in uploaded files. CutReady acts only on the merchant's instructions to provide the requested check, retention, support, and deletion operations.
